Financial education at any age will benefit our children. Read on to learn about two programs we feel add value to help enhance their future.

Biz Kid$ is geared toward kids ages 12 to 19 offering financial and entrepreneurial games and television shows. It is a national financial education initiative funded and administered by the National Credit Union Foundation. Using a clever blend of entertainment and education, each Biz Kid$ financial game and television episode shows kids how to make and manage money by introducing concepts of financial literacy and entrepreneurship.

Banzai is an online financial education program which introduces students to adult financial concepts and is used by thousands of teachers across the U.S. The program features three financial literacy courses:
  • Banzai Junior, for elementary-age students
  • Banzai Teen, for junior and senior high schools
  • Banzai Plus, a new, advanced course for high school-age students
CCU has Banzai in schools in South Beloit and Sterling.
